Introduction
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the dual role of Account Officer (AO) and Business Officer (BO) at our Sidoarjo branch. As an AO/BO you will play a pivotal part in expanding our loan portfolio, building lasting relationships with both group and individual borrowers, and ensuring the smooth collection of repayments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in line with the company’s business plan and sales targets for group (AO) and individual (BO) loan products.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments, evaluating the character, financial capacity, and repayment history of prospective borrowers.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining terms, conditions, and repayment schedules to clients in clear, understandable language.
- Monitor weekly (AO) and monthly (BO) installment payments, following up on overdue accounts and coordinating collection activities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Visit client sites regularly to assess business performance, provide advisory support, and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams—risk, operations, and marketing—to streamline loan processing and resolve client issues promptly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in community outreach events and financial literacy workshops to promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Maximum age: 30 years.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related financial role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and quick adaptability to new systems.
- Ability to work independently in the field while meeting strict deadlines and targets.
