Responsibilities

- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and risk assessment teams to ensure offerings are aligned with regulatory standards and customer needs.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and consumer feedback for senior management review.

- Adhere to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule, operating from 08:00 to 17:00, while remaining flexible for occasional client‑oriented events outside regular hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexibility considered for exceptional candidates).
- Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in market analysis, customer profiling, and competitive intelligence.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a SIM C driving license for field visits.
