Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Motoris to join our dynamic team covering the Rengat region. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong passion for sales who are eager to develop their career in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment. As a Sales Motorist, you will represent our brand on the road, building relationships with clients, delivering product information, and driving revenue growth across a diverse market.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the Rengat area on a motorbike to meet existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking within local communities.
- Present product portfolios, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, sales logs, and customer feedback using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the regional sales manager to align targets, share market insights, and adjust strategies.
- Provide after‑sales support, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, maintain the motorbike in good condition, and obtain a valid SIM C license.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Own a motorbike and willingness to acquire a SIM C license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated while on the road.
- Willingness to travel out of town and work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile CRM applications.
