Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Advertiser – Kampanye Pemasaran dan Pengelolaan Iklan to join our growing digital marketing team. This role focuses on creating, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Google, and Instagram for a leading manufacturing company that is expanding its online presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller with a strong grasp of social‑media trends, video production, and data‑driven advertising, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch end‑to‑end advertising campaigns that align with the company’s brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Research and stay up‑to‑date on the latest social‑media trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior within the manufacturing sector.
- Conceptualize, script, film, edit, and produce short‑form video content for ads, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
- Design eye‑catching graphic assets using industry‑standard design tools to support ad creatives.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, continuously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze advertising metrics and generate weekly performance reports, providing actionable insights for budget reallocation and creative refinement.
- Create and maintain high‑converting landing pages, ensuring seamless user experience and alignment with campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Manage advertising budgets, forecast spend, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated financial limits.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for ad creation, video production, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a background in marketing, communications, or media is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing digital ad campaigns, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sector.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and the ability to interpret advertising metrics.
- Demonstrated skill in video production – planning, shooting, editing, and post‑production.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages using platforms such as WordPress, Unbounce, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
