Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat to join our dynamic tutoring team in Banjarnegara. This role is ideal for passionate educators who enjoy inspiring children and teenagers across a variety of subjects, from early childhood education (TK) through high school (SMA). As a private tutor, you will create personalized learning experiences, foster confidence, and help students achieve their academic goals while developing lasting relationships with families in the community.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans for students ranging from kindergarten to senior high school, aligning with curriculum standards and individual learning needs.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to both learners and parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet encouraging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and respect.
- Communicate proactively with parents or guardians regarding attendance, performance, and any areas requiring additional support.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices.
- Adhere to the established work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible to accommodate occasional extra sessions as needed.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, serving as a positive role model for students.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student performance in the company’s learning management system.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum educational qualification: active university student (final semester preferred) or graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (any field, education majors preferred).
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Strong passion for teaching and engaging with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach subjects appropriate for TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Well-groomed, tidy appearance and professional attire.
- Willingness to work according to the specified schedule and adapt to occasional changes.
- Residency within or near the assigned teaching area is a distinct advantage.
- Basic proficiency in lesson planning and use of educational technology tools.
