We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer (Female) to join our team in Wonogiri and its surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned premises, ensuring that all areas are free from unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and control access according to company policies.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing first‑aid assistance when necessary.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, log daily activities, and communicate findings to supervisors.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical events.
- Perform routine checks of fire safety equipment, CCTV systems, and security hardware.
- Enforce company rules, visitor policies, and safety regulations while maintaining courteous customer service.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on security best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (all genders are welcome, but the position emphasizes a female presence for specific client needs).
- At least 1 year of professional security experience.
- Active Gada Pratama security certification and a valid KTA (Security Personnel Identification Card).
- Height of at least 158 cm.
- No visible piercings or tattoos, in accordance with client dress‑code standards.
- Current residency in Wonogiri or nearby districts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
- Basic first‑aid knowledge and willingness to undergo further safety training.
