Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers, offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that match their unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage, conduct mini‑makeovers, and provide expert advice on application techniques, trends, and skincare routines.
- Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Record daily sales transactions accurately, compile reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, including upselling, cross‑selling, and loyalty program enrollment, to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with store management and fellow advisors to plan in‑store events, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and the proper handling of cosmetics and skincare products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar sales role within the cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated sales aggressiveness and a results‑driven mindset.
- Female candidates only, as the position requires direct engagement with a predominantly female clientele.
- No age limit; we welcome applicants of any age who meet the experience and skill criteria.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for sales reporting and inventory management.
- Positive attitude, high level of energy, and a genuine passion for beauty and personal care products.
