Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing detailed product information, and answering inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain an organized and well‑stocked sales floor by monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular shelf checks, and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments while ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to maximize average transaction value and meet daily sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or returns efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors while preserving customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions at our Kebon Jeruk (Jakarta Barat) training center to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company standards.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and store management to achieve store performance goals and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track key performance indicators, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 29 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders (specific height requirements: males ≥ 155 cm, females ≥ 150 cm).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to be placed at any store location as required.
- Readiness to attend mandatory training in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
- Required documentation:
- Original diploma/ijazah.
- Updated CV or job application letter.
- Photocopy of KTP (Identity Card).
- Photocopy of Kartu Keluarga (Family Card).
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Recent 4 × 6 cm passport‑style photo.
- Certificate of previous work experience (if available).
- Academic transcript.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:45 – 19:00.
