Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Eksekutif Akun Layanan WiFi Perusahaan to join our dynamic field sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding our corporate Wi‑Fi footprint across the region, delivering seamless connectivity solutions to businesses, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work primarily in a door‑to‑door environment, engaging directly with decision‑makers, presenting service packages, and closing contracts that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits to prospective corporate clients, presenting tailored Wi‑Fi solutions that meet their specific operational needs.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking at local business events.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified sales pipelines.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations, highlighting key features such as scalability, security, and performance.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the installation and technical support teams to guarantee smooth handover and onboarding of new customers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, market feedback, and sales performance to the regional manager.
- Participate in training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve selling skills and product expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Package C candidates are welcome).
- Age range: 18 – 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of sales or field service experience; however, enthusiastic candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must own and be able to operate a motorcycle for daily field travel.
- Strong target‑orientation, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Proficiency in handling large data sets, understanding customer needs, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing environments and willingness to learn technical aspects of Wi‑Fi solutions.
- Basic knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms, and technical communication.
