We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stewards – Daily Workers (Shift) to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, dining, and service areas in accordance with hotel and health‑department standards.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by preparing basic ingredients, handling dishware, and ensuring a steady flow of clean utensils.
- Conduct inventory checks for cleaning supplies, linens, and disposable items, reporting shortages promptly.
- Support front‑of‑house operations by resetting tables, polishing glassware, and replenishing buffet stations.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public spaces remain spotless.
- Follow proper waste‑segregation procedures and assist in recycling initiatives to promote sustainability.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and service issues, demonstrating a hospitality‑first mindset.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including flexible weekend and holiday assignments, and communicate any availability changes to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene protocols, and emergency response.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; positions with specialized responsibilities may require D3 or S1 in a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 – 2 years in a similar steward or housekeeping role (fresh graduates may be considered for the Daily Worker track).
- Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operational standards.
