Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative – Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all communication channels. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, often during night shifts and on weekends, providing timely solutions and maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that each case is tracked from initiation to resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments while keeping the customer informed of progress.
- Perform data entry tasks with a typing speed of at least 35 characters per minute, maintaining high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to share knowledge, troubleshoot recurring problems, and improve overall service processes.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common pain points, suggesting improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, which include night shifts (06:00 – 14:00) and weekend duties, ensuring coverage for all operational periods.
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance by managing stress effectively and promoting a positive, supportive team environment.
- Uphold company standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; currently not enrolled in any academic program.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar customer service or client support role.
- Residency preference: Candidates living in Denpasar or Badung (Jimbaran) are highly favored.
- Willingness to work night shifts and on Sundays as required by operational needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
- Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset; able to work effectively within a team setting.
- Typing speed of a minimum of 35 characters per minute with high accuracy.
- Good physical and mental health, enabling sustained performance during varied shift patterns.
