Introduction
Hanifa Islamic School Pamulang, located in Tangerang Selatan, is seeking a dedicated Guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT Teacher) for Primary Education. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital literacy of young learners, integrating modern technology with the school’s Islamic values, and ensuring that the learning environment remains innovative, secure, and supportive.
The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers, school administrators, and IT staff to develop engaging, technology‑driven lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school’s Salafist educational philosophy. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with additional support duties on Saturdays as required.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ICT‑focused lesson plans for grades 1‑6, incorporating interactive tools, educational software, and multimedia resources.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the school’s LAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable internet connectivity for classrooms, libraries, and administrative offices.
- Configure, monitor, and update server environments, managing user accounts, permissions, and data backup procedures.
- Provide technical support to teachers and staff, assisting with hardware issues, software installations, and classroom technology integration.
- Develop and conduct training workshops for teachers on effective use of educational technology, blended learning strategies, and digital assessment tools.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to embed ICT competencies across all subjects, fostering interdisciplinary projects and problem‑based learning.
- Monitor student progress in digital skills, offering personalized coaching and remedial sessions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy policies, internet safety guidelines, and school’s ethical standards rooted in Islamic teachings.
- Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and community outreach programs to promote the importance of technology in education.
- Prepare regular reports on ICT usage, network performance, and classroom outcomes for school leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience teaching ICT or a similar role in an elementary school setting.
- Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into age‑appropriate lessons.
- Proficiency in LAN networking, troubleshooting, server administration, and common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with educational platforms, e‑learning tools, and digital assessment systems.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork capabilities; able to work independently when required.
- Commitment to the Salafist educational approach; candidates who are Ikhwan and follow the Salaf methodology are preferred.

- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑15:30 WIB, with occasional Saturday duties (08:00‑17:00).
