Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Kasir Penjualan to join our fast‑growing retail team in the Sukoharjo area. The successful candidate will be the financial backbone of the store, responsible for handling cash transactions, reconciling daily receipts, and ensuring that all monetary activities comply with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP). Responsibilities
- Process all sales transactions using the cash register system, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.
- Collect, verify, and safely store cash, checks, and electronic payments received throughout the day.
- Perform daily cash opname, reconcile the cash drawer, and prepare detailed reports on cash inflows and outflows.
- Handle the receipt, storage, and bank deposit of customer payments and operational expenses in line with SOPs.
- Generate and submit accurate financial reports, including daily sales summaries, cash reconciliation sheets, and variance analyses.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation by matching sales data with stock movements, helping to identify shrinkage or discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving payment issues, and maintaining a friendly checkout experience.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and error‑free posting of transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, ensuring all equipment is functional and secure.
- Participate in periodic internal audits and support external auditors when required.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum educational attainment: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in cash handling, cashier operations, or a similar financial role.
- Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to manage cash accurately and prevent errors.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity.
- Proficiency in operating cash register machines and basic accounting software.
- Effective communication and customer‑service skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, adhering to the scheduled shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
