Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled DW Engineer to join our dynamic team for the prestigious Freddies Villas project in Ubud, Bali. This role is a full‑time position with a schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of low‑voltage (DW) electrical systems that power luxury villas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and aesthetic integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed DW engineering designs, schematics, and layout drawings that align with architectural plans and local building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and interior designers to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly into the villa’s infrastructure.
- Supervise on‑site installation of wiring, distribution panels, lighting systems, and smart‑home automation components, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing, inspection, and commissioning of all electrical installations, documenting results and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including bill of materials, progress reports, and as‑built drawings for client handover.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to monitor schedules, manage resources, and mitigate risks associated with high‑pressure construction environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in low‑voltage or DW engineering, preferably within residential or hospitality projects.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, enabling effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams and international clients.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility, with a track record of delivering quality work on time.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings, adapting quickly to changing project demands.
- Demonstrated resilience under pressure, maintaining focus and accuracy during tight deadlines.
- Technical proficiency with industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and Revit, plus familiarity with smart‑home control platforms.
