Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend wine or beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of traditional Indonesian dishes, preparation methods, and ingredients to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Take accurate orders using the restaurant’s POS system, communicating any special dietary requests to the kitchen team.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks, monitoring service flow throughout the shift.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, seeking swift resolution and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, including arranging table settings, linens, and decorative elements that reflect the restaurant’s upscale ambiance.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefs, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior wait staff, providing guidance on service standards, etiquette, and menu knowledge.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, complying with all health regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Age between 25 and 45 years, with a maximum limit of 35 years for new hires.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proven experience (preferably 1+ year) in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant service.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise or strong familiarity with traditional Indonesian menu items.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with flexibility for special events.
