Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Field Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand positioning, awareness, and field‑level campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with a solid grasp of digital and B2B marketing principles, capable of translating market insights into compelling, measurable campaigns that drive growth across multiple channels. This full‑time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are celebrated.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the overall brand positioning, identity, and awareness strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, events, and field activations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual standards across all touchpoints.
  • Set clear, data‑driven KPIs for each campaign, monitor performance, and produce post‑campaign analysis reports that highlight ROI and areas for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to secure cost‑effective placements and production services.
  • Oversee field marketing activities, including trade shows, roadshows, and regional promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Maintain a robust content calendar, coordinating the creation of copy, graphics, and video assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand safety standards in all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Age: 20‑35 years (both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required, but internships or volunteer work in marketing are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity development, and brand awareness concepts.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, current marketing trends, and campaign execution.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to measure and interpret campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Keterampilan Komunikasi Berbicara) and the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
