Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and suggested pairings, to guide guests in making informed choices.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area by resetting tables, polishing silverware, and promptly clearing used dishes.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Upsell additional items such as desserts, specialty drinks, and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and meet peak‑hour demands.
- Observe and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and restaurant policies.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates must be 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays up to 20 kg, and navigate a busy dining floor safely.

- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
