We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Motoris to join our growing team in the Padangsidimpuan region. As a Sales Motoris, you will be the face of our company, traveling across the territory on a motorbike, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for our product line.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territory by conducting door‑to‑door visits, attending local events, and leveraging social media channels.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining the company’s profitability guidelines.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, sales logs, and customer feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the regional sales manager to develop weekly and monthly sales targets and action plans.
- Provide after‑sales support, including order follow‑up, handling complaints, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Travel extensively throughout Padangsidimpuan and neighboring districts, representing the brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product demonstrations, and local advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity is encouraged.
- Strong passion for sales and a willingness to learn; fresh graduates are highly welcome.
- Own a motorbike and be prepared to obtain a valid SIM C license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

- Flexibility to work outside the home city and travel frequently.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime for special events.
