As a motorcycle courier, you will be the frontline of our service, ensuring that packages, documents, and goods reach our customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, documents, or merchandise to customers at the exact address specified on the order.
- Complete a minimum of 65 deliveries per day while maintaining high accuracy and timeliness.
- Inspect each item before loading to guarantee that the condition of the package remains intact throughout transit.
- Verify recipient signatures, record delivery confirmations, and update the tracking system in real time.
- Collect parcels from senders, partner warehouses, or SPX collection points for onward dispatch.
- Load, transport, and unload items using a personal motorcycle, adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily delivery reports, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any delivery exceptions.
- Maintain accurate databases of senders and recipients, ensuring privacy and data integrity.
- Handle Cash‑On‑Delivery (COD) transactions, delivering collected cash to the admin office on the same working day.
- Assist in route planning, suggesting optimizations based on real‑time traffic conditions and local area knowledge.
- Provide courteous, professional communication with customers, addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑45 years (maximum 45 years).
- Education: Open to all educational levels; high school diploma preferred.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Experience: No prior experience required; previous work in courier or logistics is a strong plus.
- Equipment: Own a reliable motorcycle and an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM.
- Documentation: Must carry a valid KTP (ID) and the required smartphone during shifts.
- Dress Code: Neat, modest shirt or polo, long trousers, and closed shoes.
- Key Skills: Route planning, effective communication, basic navigation, and safe riding techniques.
- Personal Traits: Strong work ethic, high motivation, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination.
