Introduction
PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora, a fast‑growing parking management leader operating across Indonesia, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Cashier – Medan City Store. This role is based in the vibrant district of Petisah Tengah, Medan, and offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, support daily parking operations, and contribute to the seamless experience of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist motorists entering and exiting the parking facility, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic payments for parking fees, issuing receipts and tickets as required.
- Monitor parking bay occupancy, update the central system in real‑time, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier workstation, including regular cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about rates, promotions, and facility rules.
- Coordinate with security personnel to enforce safety protocols and ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Assist in periodic inventory checks of cash drawers, vouchers, and promotional materials.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, sharing insights and suggesting process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace conduct.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client location).
- Age: No upper age limit; applicants of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Vision: Must not wear glasses, contact lenses, or have any corrective prescription (no myopia or astigmatism).
- Physical: Height at least 165 cm with a proportional weight; no piercings or visible tattoos.
- Availability: Ready to start immediately and able to work any shift across the Petisah Tengah area.
- Work schedule: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:30.
- Core skills: Strong customer service orientation, disciplined cash handling, teamwork, and effective verbal communication.
