Responsibilities

- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; employ upselling and cross‑selling techniques; promote special promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized, attractive product display; restock shelves promptly; ensure promotional signage is up‑to‑date and eye‑catching.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately process transactions, manage inventory logs, and update customer purchase histories in the store’s CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Share insights from customer interactions with store managers; participate in weekly briefings and product training; assist colleagues during peak hours.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from customers and peers; propose ideas for improving service flow, product placement, and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- Zero to two years of retail or beauty industry experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse customers.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling shifting priorities.
- Basic administrative abilities: accurate cash handling, inventory tracking, and proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
