Introduction
We are a dynamic distribution and retail organization operating across Dumai, Taluk Kuantan, Siak, Rohul, Tembilahan, Rengat, and the broader Lintas Timur region. To support our continued growth, we are seeking motivated individuals for two critical roles: Sales Retail and Warehouse Administration. Both positions are based primarily in Dumai and offer a vibrant work environment where teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic are valued.
Responsibilities
- Sales Retail (Regional)
- Identify and engage potential retail customers across assigned territories.
- Present product catalogs, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM and generate weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and suggest promotional strategies.
- Participate in regional sales meetings and contribute ideas for expanding market share.
- Warehouse Administration (Dumai)
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound inventory movements, ensuring data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Prepare shipping documents, receipts, and inventory reconciliation reports.
- Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with occupational health standards.
- Assist in the planning of layout optimization to improve picking efficiency.
- Support the sales team by providing real‑time inventory availability information.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Male candidates up to 37 years; female candidates up to 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or warehouse administration (relevant to the applied position).
- Location: Must reside in Dumai or surrounding areas (Taluk Kuantan, Siak, Rohul, Tembilahan, Rengat, Lintas Timur).
- Driving License: Valid SIM A or C is required for regional travel.
- Key Competencies:
- Quick‑thinking and able to work effectively in a team.
- Highly disciplined, honest, firm, and a hard worker.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for sales roles.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with inventory software for admin roles.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
