Introduction

MyRepublic is seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales force as Marketing WiFi Rumah specialists. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our high‑speed broadband solutions, bringing reliable Wi‑Fi connectivity directly to households across the region. You will engage prospects through door‑to‑door canvassing, participate in community events, and leverage market insights to drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door sales activities, distributing flyers and canvassing neighborhoods to generate qualified leads.
  • Represent MyRepublic at local events, exhibitions, and promotional fairs, showcasing product features and answering consumer questions.
  • Achieve personal sales targets by following a structured sales process that includes prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, coordinate territory coverage, and support collective goals.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using the company’s CRM system.
  • Analyze customer needs by listening actively, asking probing questions, and offering tailored Wi‑Fi solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding ethical sales conduct and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a genuine passion for sales.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort using mobile reporting tools.
  • Customer‑service mindset with the ability to analyze and address client needs effectively.
  • Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend events.
  • Key soft skills: resilience, problem‑solving, time management, and a results‑driven attitude.
