Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile to join our growing team in Pacitan, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s mobile product portfolio, building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, and ensuring smooth credit processing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote the company’s mobile products and services to existing customers and new prospects across the Pacitan region.
- Identify and acquire orders through various distribution channels, including dealers, retailers, and direct sales points.
- Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit applications and supporting documentation.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, liaising with the credit department to expedite approvals and promptly communicate decisions to dealers and customers.
- Educate customers on payment terms, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information required to complete transactions smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, suggest product enhancements, and develop promotional strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, present performance metrics, and propose action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, ensuring timely visits to key accounts and potential leads.
- Uphold the company’s brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (associate degree) in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: up to 29 years old; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is a strong advantage, though entry‑level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty in all dealings.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a reliable personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
