Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Bancassurance Advisor who is passionate about helping families achieve financial security and a healthier lifestyle. This role offers a unique blend of sales, relationship management, and strategic marketing within a fast‑growing insurance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Sun Life’s insurance products through Bancassurance channels, targeting both existing and prospective bank clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with the Bank Partner’s sales force, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities, conduct product presentations, and tailor solutions to meet the specific financial needs of bank customers.
  • Perform regular market analysis to track competitor activities, emerging trends, and regulatory changes that could impact product positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, forecast sales pipelines, and propose corrective actions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Bancassurance‑related inquiries, providing timely support and problem‑solving for both internal teams and bank partners.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to stay current on insurance best practices and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Bancassurance sales, relationship officer roles, or telemarketing within the insurance or banking sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse sales environments and meet aggressive targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional, representative appearance.
  • Willingness to be placed in the Bogor bank‑partner area and travel between the bank and Sun Life offices as needed.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
