Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to exacting quality standards, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and traditional Indonesian teas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to health‑and‑safety regulations and company hygiene protocols.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process digital payments.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and packaging materials, notifying the store manager of low stock levels.
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service; explain menu items, suggest pairings, and upsell specialty drinks and merchandise.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, such as grinder calibration and espresso machine cleaning, to ensure consistent product quality.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new recipes, seasonal promotions, and brand standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including product placement, signage, and promotional displays.
- Collect and record customer feedback, contributing ideas for service improvement and menu innovation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior barista experience required; sales or customer‑service background is a plus.
- Key skills: Strong communication, basic product‑packaging knowledge, ability to speak confidently in front of customers, and a passion for sales.
- Personal attributes: Well‑groomed appearance, disciplined work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 09:00 to 18:00, with full‑time commitment.
- Employment status: Must not be concurrently employed elsewhere.
