Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staff Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic supply‑chain team. This role is critical in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, from supplier onboarding to the final delivery of products to customers. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑growing environment, supporting both internal marketing teams and external vendors while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, establishing strong, long‑term vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to receive, verify, and process all customer orders.
- Ensure each order meets the required quality (kwalitas) and quantity (kwantitas) specifications before shipment.
- Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels, aligning inventory with agreed‑upon KPI targets and seasonal demand forecasts.
- Prepare and submit daily warehouse performance reports, highlighting stock movements, order fulfillment rates, and any exceptions.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, scheduling deliveries, and supervising loading/unloading activities.
- Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols, conducting regular audits to minimize risks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to track inventory, generate analytics, and support budgeting decisions.
- Provide support during peak periods, ensuring overtime and shift coverage are managed effectively.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑27 years.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; fresh graduates with strong internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Analytical budgeting, cost analysis, material requirement planning, supplier performance evaluation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving, teamwork, self‑motivation, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic data visualization tools.
