Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s loan programs and facilitating their enrollment.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments, offering personalized guidance to help families improve financial literacy and stability.
- Perform field surveys and feasibility analyses of financing applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present well‑documented recommendations to the financing committee, supporting informed decision‑making.
- Accompany members to weekly meetings, monitor loan disbursements, and assist with any transaction‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate field reports, update the CRM system, and communicate market insights to the regional office.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and government agencies to strengthen Amartha’s outreach and brand presence.
- Provide feedback on product design and service delivery based on real‑world observations and borrower experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are strongly preferred.
- Age: up to 33 years old; no upper age limit is imposed for experienced professionals.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Must own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) for daily travel to client sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly in diverse communities.
- Willingness to work in the field full‑time, including occasional travel to other Amartha branches across the region.
- Ability to stay in company‑provided mess housing is optional but appreciated for candidates relocating to Magelang.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong motivation; prior experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community outreach is a plus.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and basic data‑analysis software is advantageous.
