The Crew Outlet – Penanggung Jawab Layanan Pelanggan di Outlet is a front‑line position at our bustling ramen restaurant located in Gresik (Tlogobendung). Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook ramen dishes and accompanying condiments according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Execute daily ingredient preparation (prep) before service hours, ensuring all components are ready for a smooth operation.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and all equipment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor, record, and control inventory levels of raw materials, conducting daily stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Guarantee consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion size for every order, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for quality.
- Assist the kitchen team during peak periods, helping to manage order flow, reduce wait times, and uphold service speed.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to address customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance, ensuring that cooking appliances and cash‑handling machines are in optimal condition.
- Support training of new crew members by demonstrating proper preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, process improvements, and promotional activities that drive sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 28 years old; applicants of any gender are welcome.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a kitchen or F&B setting.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform fast, precise movements.
- Honesty, discipline, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills; ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends.
- Open to fresh graduates with a genuine interest in the F&B industry.
- Residency in Gresik is preferred, though candidates from nearby areas will be considered.
- Additional preferred skills: basic barista knowledge, cash register operation, food service etiquette, and equipment maintenance.
