Introduction

To support our growing portfolio of boutique and full‑service hotels, we are seeking enthusiastic and service‑oriented individuals to join our Guest Services team as Team Members. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone, ensuring accurate information and a friendly tone.
  • Manage hotel reservations, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, while maintaining up‑to‑date records in the property management system.
  • Assist guests with on‑site needs such as wake‑up calls, transportation arrangements, restaurant recommendations, and local attraction bookings.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and laundry departments to fulfill guest requests for extra linens, room amenities, or urgent cleaning services.
  • Monitor and resolve any guest complaints or issues, escalating to the front‑desk supervisor when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all guest communication tools are functional and stocked.
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about hotel promotions, occupancy trends, and operational updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on guest experiences and suggesting service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for building rapport and handling diverse guest needs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure during peak periods.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with reservation software and chat platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Team‑player mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous learning.
