We are seeking an enthusiastic Crew Penjualan to join our dynamic retail store team. As the front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Assist shoppers in selecting products, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain and refresh product displays according to company visual standards, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and attractively arranged.
- Keep the store clean and orderly, including aisles, fitting rooms, and checkout areas, to meet health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular stock checks, report low‑stock items, and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team.
- Receive and unpack incoming merchandise, verify quantities, and place items in their proper locations.
- Monitor store security, safeguarding merchandise and assets from theft or damage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting team initiatives.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 26 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong cash handling and POS operation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, with scheduled shifts from 09:45 am to 06:45 pm.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
