Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Marketing (Sigli) to join our growing commercial team. This position is responsible for driving revenue by promoting the company’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers across the designated territory. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales processes with strong interpersonal skills, a customer‑first attitude, and the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and credit procedures.
The role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 16:00) and is based in the candidate’s place of residence, providing flexibility and a strong connection to the local market.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s products and services to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring the pitch to meet diverse customer needs.
- Generate and secure orders through the designated distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and submit credit applications, collaborating with the finance department to guarantee compliance with internal credit policies.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required follow‑up actions.
- Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, and proactively address any inquiries or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, logging interactions, orders, and follow‑up tasks to ensure seamless handover between sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities, presenting additional product lines that align with the customer’s business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of product offerings and sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing performance metrics, challenges, and best practices with the broader team.
- Uphold the company’s brand image and ethical standards in every customer interaction, fostering long‑term loyalty and trust.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Male candidates preferred as per current posting requirements.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within a similar industry; fresh graduates with strong academic records may also be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C are mandatory for field visits.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess credit risk and evaluate customer payment capacity.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and logistics.
