We are seeking a passionate Guru Matematika dan IPA to join our educational team in Garut. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and the natural sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) that align with the national curriculum and the specific needs of each class.
- Develop differentiated instructional strategies to support diverse learners, including those from traditional pesantren backgrounds.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and practical experiments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and grading sheets in accordance with school policies.
- Organize and supervise laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that connect mathematical concepts with scientific applications.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Mentor students beyond classroom hours, offering additional tutoring or guidance for exam preparation.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Science Education, or a related field.
- Age between 18 and 50 years.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (for candidates who are still students) or recent graduate.
- High school (SMA) or pesantren graduates must possess prior teaching or tutoring experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a commitment to following institutional rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and basic classroom technology.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional extra‑curricular events.
