Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including grilled chicken, fried dishes, and traditional satay, using stovetops, gas cookers, and specialized grilling equipment.
- Operate the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system (ESB) accurately, handling cash, debit card, and QR‑based (QRIS) transactions.
- Assemble orders according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guarantee consistency and quality.
- Maintain strict food safety standards, adhering to HACCP guidelines and local food hygiene regulations.
- Keep the kitchen and service areas spotless, including cleaning workstations, utensils, and customer tables after each service.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock rotation, and reporting of any equipment issues or supply shortages.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (any major).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector, preferably in a fast‑service or casual dining environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling various payment methods (cash, debit, QRIS).
- Ability to work with kitchen equipment such as gas cookers, wok burners, and satay grills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Open to candidates of all genders; age is not a limiting factor.
