Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position is based in the vibrant city of Tebing Tinggi (A. Yani) and serves as a critical component of our multifinance operations. As a member of the collection team, you will play a pivotal role in managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring timely recovery of payments, and supporting branch offices in handling problematic partners. This role is open to candidates of any educational background, with a focus on strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the full cycle of A/R overdue collection activities, guaranteeing that all deadlines are met with accuracy.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for payment negotiations, relationship building, and status updates.
- Assist branch offices in the identification, assessment, and resolution of difficult or delinquent partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, contributing directly to the company’s cash‑flow health.
- Execute the withdrawal of assets or units from customers who repeatedly default, following legal and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection interactions, updating the CRM system to reflect current account status.
- Collaborate with credit risk, legal, and sales teams to develop tailored repayment plans that balance customer goodwill with business objectives.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit monitoring, negotiation techniques, and regulatory updates to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Male candidates (as per current posting requirements).
- All educational levels accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional integrity.
- Demonstrated traits of perseverance, meticulousness, honesty, and resilience under pressure.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengesahan Penagihan Intern) card is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection, and interpersonal communication.
