Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers in retail locations, malls, and partner stores to introduce and demonstrate the benefits of Shopee Paylater.
- Explain the product features, eligibility criteria, and step‑by‑step usage procedures in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to persuade shoppers to adopt Paylater for their transactions, thereby increasing conversion rates for partner merchants.
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions, lead generation, and sales outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing post‑sale support and answering any follow‑up questions.
- Collaborate with store managers and the regional sales team to align promotional activities with local marketing campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor financing products and report insights to help refine our value proposition.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to Shopee’s brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: At least 1 year of proven sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in retail, fintech, or e‑commerce.
- Key skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, basic sales analysis, problem‑solving, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Availability: Willing to work Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 – 20:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
- Location: Candidates must reside in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Pusat, Bekasi, Karawang, or Purwakarta.
- Tech‑savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools for product demonstrations and data entry.
