Introduction
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Waiter – Table Service to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders, and verify that each dish meets quality standards before serving.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and restocking utensils.
- Handle payment transactions, process bills, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Address guest concerns or special requests swiftly, escalating to management when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, assisting peers during peak hours to sustain smooth service flow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal grooming standards.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service efficiency.
- Promote additional menu items and special promotions to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the position’s operational needs.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years old.
- Honesty, discipline, and a friendly “asik” attitude are essential personal traits.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to cooperate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Presentable appearance and professional grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
