Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Business Development & Client Relations to join our thriving real‑estate team. This role focuses on driving sales of residential and apartment units, building strong relationships with prospects, and delivering an exceptional buying experience that aligns with our company’s growth targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with at least one year of property‑sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal home.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential or apartment units in line with the monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide comprehensive product presentations, explaining unit specifications, amenities, pricing structures, and financing options to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct follow‑up activities across multiple lead sources, including walk‑ins, trade shows, digital inquiries, and referrals, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Guide buyers through the entire purchase journey—from initial presentation and site visits to booking, contract signing, and final transaction closure.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with both prospects and existing customers to boost repeat business and referral opportunities.
  • Update and manage the prospect database, generating regular sales activity reports for senior management review.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales administration, and other cross‑functional teams to guarantee a seamless sales process and accurate information flow.
  • Participate in weekend open houses, property exhibitions, and other promotional events as needed to capture market interest.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience in residential or apartment property sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive negotiation and compelling presentations.
  • Target‑driven mindset with high motivation to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays when sales events, exhibitions, or open houses are scheduled.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.
