Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and trustworthy Petugas Penjagaan Toko Retail to join our growing retail team. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and smoothly operating environment for both customers and staff. As a front‑line guardian of the store, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, the eyes and ears of the management team, and the protector of our merchandise and assets.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, honest individual with a high degree of reliability, basic computer skills, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. This position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a consistent routine for those who thrive in structured environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the store to ensure only authorized persons enter the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor, storage areas, and back‑office to deter theft and identify potential safety hazards.
- Operate and supervise the store’s CCTV system, reviewing footage when required and reporting any suspicious activity to management.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, direct them to appropriate departments, and maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store’s front area, including sweeping, dusting, and ensuring display units are tidy.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, such as verifying cash registers, securing doors, and completing shift handover reports.
- Support inventory checks by scanning items, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with stock replenishment when needed.
- Use basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, store management software) to log incidents, update attendance sheets, and generate simple reports.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and sales team to coordinate promotions, special events, and crowd‑control measures.
- Provide immediate first‑aid assistance in case of minor injuries and follow emergency protocols for larger incidents.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (perempuan) – the role requires a calm and approachable presence.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with office software and store management systems.
- Personal Traits: Friendly, diligent, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing for long periods and performing occasional light lifting (up to 15 kg).
- Availability: Able to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Communication: Good verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with customers and staff.
