Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Handle over‑the‑counter (OTC) product inquiries, providing clear and empathetic guidance to customers.
- Perform routine pharmacy cleaning, organization, and sanitation to meet health‑facility standards.
- Support the pharmacy’s shift schedule, including weekend and evening duties, while ensuring smooth handovers.
- Document all transactions accurately in the pharmacy management system and assist in audit preparations.
- Participate in patient counseling sessions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, focusing on proper medication use and potential side effects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as workflow optimization and quality assurance projects.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per company policy).
- Minimum education: D3 (or D4) in Pharmacy.
- Possession of a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for pharmacy assistants.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays.
- Strong discipline, honesty, and a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of prescription interpretation and medication safety.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, entry‑level).
