Introduction
We are seeking dedicated Service Cleaning Professionals to join our dynamic team in Banda Aceh. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces, public areas, and client facilities according to established standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report low stock, and request replenishment in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and steam cleaners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet hygiene and safety regulations, documenting any issues for corrective action.
- Coordinate with team members to schedule deep‑cleaning tasks, window washing, and carpet shampooing without disrupting client operations.
- Assist in waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal of hazardous materials following local environmental guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing concerns with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct, including observing the five daily prayers for those who practice.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 21‑30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant cleaning or facility‑maintenance experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Current residence in Banda Aceh or willing to relocate.
- Not enrolled in any academic program during employment.
- Strong personal attributes: discipline, cleanliness, neatness, honesty, and a presentable appearance.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and the ability to manage cleaning schedules.
- Commitment to performing the five daily prayers for candidates who observe this practice.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
