Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Account Officer to join our Cabang Condongcatur branch. This role is a key driver of our retail banking growth, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess a keen eye for credit risk, and be comfortable working both in the office and in the field to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate and individual customers for loan and credit products.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments, including financial statement analysis, cash‑flow evaluation, and risk rating.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of loan applications and follow up diligently to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide post‑approval service, including loan disbursement, monitoring repayment performance, and handling restructuring requests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional activities and community outreach programs.
  • Travel within the assigned Condongcatur area to meet clients, conduct site visits, and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records in the bank’s CRM system and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) procedures, and internal audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline; preferably Economics, Management, or Banking.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Marketing Officer (fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze credit risk and communicate findings effectively.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid SIM C and personal vehicle for field activities.
  • Deep knowledge of the Condongcatur market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with banking CRM tools.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
