Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dedicated Remedial Officer for its Gresik branch in Jawa Timur. This full‑time position plays a critical role in the company’s credit management cycle by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are collected promptly and efficiently. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, results‑driven team that supports the financial health of both the organization and its customers. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and the role is based at the Adira Cabang Gresik office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize follow‑up activities.
- Conduct phone calls, send formal letters, and, when necessary, arrange on‑site visits to negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
- Coordinate closely with the Credit Approval, Legal, and Customer Service departments to resolve disputes and streamline the remediation workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection success rates, challenges encountered, and recommended process improvements.
- Support the development of preventive credit strategies by providing feedback on common causes of delinquency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is also acceptable.
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial services role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt collection techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
