Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Pramuniaga Penjualan Ritel to join our growing retail team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys direct interaction with shoppers, and is eager to develop professional retail skills. The role is based in Yogyakarta, with a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
  • Execute the “smart service” approach: anticipate customer needs, offer product recommendations, and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and collaborate with the inventory control team to place replenishment orders.
  • Participate actively in weekly store meetings and sales briefings, sharing insights on customer preferences and emerging trends.
  • Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety, and hygiene, contributing to a secure shopping environment.
  • Complete mandatory training sessions held in Jogja, continuously improving product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Assist in promotional events, seasonal sales campaigns, and in‑store visual updates to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only, in line with the store’s demographic focus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales associate or pramuniaga in a retail setting.
  • Polished personal appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong “smart service” skills—ability to engage customers proactively and provide tailored solutions.
  • Honesty, high sense of responsibility, and a willingness to work hard and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to attend training sessions in Yogyakarta (Jogja).
  • Basic proficiency with a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and familiarity with POS operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
