Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Team Leader Gudang Fresh Cibinong to join our rapidly expanding logistics operation in the Bogor region. This pivotal role will oversee multiple warehouse functions—including inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet management—to ensure seamless flow of fresh produce from suppliers to customers while maintaining strict temperature and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of warehouse professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the primary liaison between the warehouse floor and senior management.
Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be responsible for four core operational areas, each requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands‑on approach.
- TL Inbound
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the inbound team in daily receipt activities.
- Allocate and optimize storage occupancy to maximize space utilization.
- Resolve issues related to late arrivals, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly stock receipt reports.
- TL Outbound
- Direct the outbound team through picking, packing, and loading processes.
- Manage replenishment schedules to ensure order fulfillment targets are met.
- Troubleshoot stock‑record inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Generate comprehensive outbound stock movement reports.
- TL Inventory
- Oversee daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
- Compile detailed DCC (Daily Cycle Count) minutes and analytical summaries for senior decision‑makers.
- Identify over‑stock or stock‑out situations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- TL Fleet
- Monitor driver activities from arrival, pre‑cooling, loading, departure, to remote unloading at hub locations.
- Coordinate with the Inventory Control Hub to resolve any inbound/outbound bottlenecks.
- Produce daily fleet dispatch reports, highlighting on‑time performance and any delays.
- Enforce SOPs for temperature control, loading times, and safety procedures.
- Track and maintain warehouse assets such as pallets, cooler boxes, and stereforms.
- Document all operational issues and drive root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement.
In addition to these functional duties, the Team Leader is expected to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or fresh‑produce environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead multi‑shift teams.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and national holidays.
- Readiness to be stationed at the Bogor warehouse (Cibinong).
- Relevant soft skills: problem‑solving, adaptability, time management, and a commitment to maintaining product freshness and safety.
