Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Spesialis Akuntansi Perusahaan to join our finance team in Bandung. Responsibilities
- Review and verify all business‑related records and transactions entered by the Data Entry team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process vendor invoices, record payments in the ERP system, and maintain organized supporting documentation.
- Settle sales income, confirm that all non‑cash revenues are correctly credited to the appropriate bank accounts, and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts, identifying and resolving variances promptly.
- Prepare core financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, and produce bank reconciliation reports as required by clients.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports and financial analyses that support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure proper cost allocation and expense tracking.
- Undertake ad‑hoc administrative and analytical tasks, such as audit support, tax filing assistance, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must reside in Bandung (hybrid work model).
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as an accountant or finance officer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Hands‑on experience with ERP or other accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zahir).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Analytical mindset with systematic problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
