Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Komunikasi Pemasaran to lead our marketing communications efforts and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital platforms, print materials, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize reach and ROI on campaigns.
  • Lead a team of marketing coordinators, copywriters, and designers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Organize and support promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all communications uphold the company’s visual and tonal standards.
  • Identify emerging communication channels and innovative tactics to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar marketing communications role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional personality that fosters trust and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales‑oriented communication strategies.
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team‑player mindset with a passion for serving both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design software.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
