Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Kasir dan Pengelola Transaksi Keuangan to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth cash handling, accurate financial record‑keeping, and superior customer service across our retail and service outlets. The ideal candidate will combine strong numerical aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills, supporting both front‑line cashier operations and back‑office transaction management.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and bank deposits, while maintaining zero discrepancy.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring each transaction is recorded accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and reconcile end‑of‑day cash reports, highlighting any variances and providing explanations to management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, supporting the accounting department with data verification.
- Maintain an organized filing system for receipts, invoices, and supporting documents in both digital and paper formats.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to verify vendor payments and monitor outstanding liabilities.
- Provide outstanding service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving payment issues, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Participate in regular training sessions, including the KAPSTER certification program, to stay current with industry best practices.
- Support internal audits by supplying required transaction records and assisting auditors during fieldwork.
- Collaborate with fellow cashiers and supervisors to streamline workflow, reduce waiting times, and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Strong administrative abilities, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, integrity in handling cash, excellent communication, teamwork orientation, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
