Introduction
PT SPX Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a SPG/SPB Logistik in the Balikpapan region. This role serves as a critical bridge between our courier workforce and the broader sales and operations functions, ensuring that the right talent is placed in the right locations to meet client expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and prospective couriers to drive recruitment, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the company’s sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily courier staffing needs across assigned deployment areas, ensuring optimal coverage for peak and off‑peak periods.
- Conduct market analysis to understand local demand trends and align courier supply with the specific requirements of our users.
- Communicate the benefits of joining SPX as a courier, highlighting competitive earnings, flexible scheduling, and career development opportunities.
- Build trust with prospective and existing couriers by clearly presenting the company’s background, safety protocols, and performance incentives.
- Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets by proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand image during all client and candidate interactions.
- Promote the courier position directly to qualified candidates through phone outreach, on‑site visits, and participation in local job fairs.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, courier availability, and market feedback for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics operations team to ensure a seamless transition of new couriers into active service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit imposed.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required, though experience in sales, administration, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate candidates.
- Basic understanding of market research and ability to interpret local demand patterns.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly when handling scheduling and documentation.
- Professional demeanor and a clean, presentable appearance at all times.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM tools for sales administration.
