Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in the Daan Mogot area. This full‑time position is based in a vibrant, high‑traffic market and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and expanding our distribution footprint across the assigned territory. The role offers a structured workweek (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and the opportunity to develop a high‑performing team in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day sales activities of a team of field representatives, ensuring that daily call plans, merchandising standards, and promotional execution meet corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Develop and implement territory‑specific sales strategies that align with overall company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑building workshops to raise the competence and motivation of the sales force.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to guarantee seamless product availability and timely promotional roll‑outs.
  • Identify new retail opportunities, negotiate shelf space, and foster strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Ensure all activities comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ethical sales practices.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor actions, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences in the Daan Mogot region.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and assist in budgeting processes for the territory.
  • Utilize the company’s reporting tools to track order fulfillment, inventory levels, and return rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a background in Business, Marketing, or Economics is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales management concepts, including pipeline development, territory planning, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using sales reporting tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and reliable transportation for field visits.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Daan Mogot market, including key retail channels, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
